Ripped me off!

I recently bought 4 tickets to a baseball game in Baltimore ($482.84) from Full Access Entertainment (http://www.fullaccessent.com) They never arrived.
Two days before the game, I frantically called to see where my tickets were. I was told the following lies by different employees: 1) Ticketmaster has not released them yet. 2) Camden Yards has not released them yet. 3) There was a problem with FedEx. 4) When I asked where my refund was, they told me it was processed and would be in my account in 7-10 days. 10 days later - no money. Their "accounting office" told me they never saw a refund for me! Rocky Lombardo (the President) said that's because "he does the refunds himself". 6) When I talked to Rocky, he said the refund was processed on June 2nd. When I called him back, he said it was going out at the end of the day (June 6th).
I HAVE NOT SEEN A PENNY! The way I see it, FULL ACCESS STOLE $482.84 from me! I spoke to 5 or 6 people, even Rocky Lombardo (the President) with no luck so far. When I told Rocky I thought his company was horrible, he replied "I'm not running my company for you". Well, I disagree. Companies are run for their customers! They wouldn't have a company without us! FULL ACCESS ENTERTAINMENT is completely unprofessional. The situation ended with Rocky HANGING UP ON ME!
Bottom line: Full Access Entertainment ripped me off and refused to cooperate with me. EVERYONE I spoke to was completely UNPROFESSIONAL and would not even give their full names. Their phone numbers are "restricted" (blocked). They even have an AOL email address. Beware of rocky lombardo and full access entertainment!!!
