Total Crap

I bought their 8 volt cordless drill from a local retailer. The recharger unit went out about a month after I bought it. I called them thinking the warrenty would cover the product. It only covered the drill its self not the battery or the charging unit. I purchased a new charger at full cost plus shipping from them. I was stuck, what good was the drill with out the battery charging unit. It crapped out in a couple of months too. They refused to do anything about it. They just offered to sell me another charging unit. Buffalo tools cordless products should be called throw away tools. Once the battery looses a charge you may as well throw them away.
