Strano denies rental deposit money from minority military retiree

Strano refuses to release rental deposit by making claims for damages three weeks and many showings after final inspection and return of keys. Strano charged $557 for a carpet that had a small snag that was not present at final inspection. And Strano even admitted that several people have been in the residence since I relinquished the keys. This is clearly a case of gouging a retiree.
