As others who bought MagicJacks are seeing, I also have been charged more than what my receipt says by $6.95
I was looking for anybody that had an actual phone number or email address for MagicJack to ask a question when I read here about their charging twice what the receipt says on shipping.
Sure enough, I looked at my final bill and they also hit me with this scam.
I know $6.95 isn't much, but when they add up all the people they have ripp-off, it got to be big bucks!
The biggest problem is, there is no phone number to call them! You'd think this would be an easy one for them since they do sell Telephone Devices.
Can't they afford to use their own device for some Customer Service? Maybe the answer is right there...
