3 months order not coming. So many complaints about jabbawockeez online merchandise, no reply no action San Diego, California

It has been 3months since i ordered this "tshirt" worth 30 canadian dollars. And i was expecting a week to receive this order, no reply no action. I emailed the one responsible for this and no action till now. This is my first time doing an online order/transaction, and now i told myself i am not gonna trust this online shopping anymore, and still i am waiting for my order to come. And i dont know what to do or to whom i must complain for this ridiculous thing to take action. 30 dollars is 30 dollars. Money today must be hard earned and here are those online stores who doesnt know what they are doing. Please someone help me on this because i dont know what to do and what action i must take in order to resolve this problem.
