Refused repeated requests to discontinue membership

I made several attempts to cancel this unwelcome and unrequested "service" since the billing first appeared on my statements in January using their telephone system to cancel.
It wasn't until I got software to organize our financial dealings (I run a 501 (c) (3) non-profit) that I discovered the regular withdrawals.
Today (5/39/08) I called and was told that the 'system just crashed' and it may be days before they can access my account.
I want all my money returned and am willing to join a class action suit against this company. So far, the total is only $74.75 but, as a fledgling organization, that is a notable chunk of change.
