They have a "full refund policy", I got all my money back. First, file a complaint with your state attorney general's office (u can do it online). Then go to adaptivemarketing.com website and send an e-mail ("contact us") explaining what happened. I got a response in 2 days, they apologized and credited my card within 48 hours. I was shocked... But happy.
