Terrible customer service and the bag is ugly uncomfortable and topheavy easily turns over and spills contents

I saw this on TV and ordered online. When I had no confirmation email, and several weeks had passed, I tried to determine online the status of my order.instead, another order was placed because I was on the website. Then I received a postcard telling me that it was sold out and asking if I wanted to cancel. I sent the postcard, asking that the order be canceled. However, a week later I received a bag. A day or so after that, I received another postcard asking if I wanted to cancel. I returned it, again saying that I wanted to cancel. Nevertheless, the next day I received a second bag. There was no bill of lading or other paperwork in either package. Not one shred of paperwork!
I got the phone number after much searching, and called in reference to the bags. I then learned that a third one was on order for me! I managed to cancel the third bag, but the red tape for the first two was so involved that I decided to keep one and give the other one to my daughter.
After a couple of months with this bag, my daughter and I agree that it is ugly, doesn't fit comfortably on the body (we are both normal weights and sizes), and it is top-heavy, so that it often turns over and spill the contents. I feel that my driver's license, credit cards, etc, are not safe inside this handbag! Both of these bags are going in the trash, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
