Mother of the Bride Dress ordered 3-9-08 promised 1-2 weeks on 4-23-08, not here yet, won't return e-mails, I cancelled!

I ordered a Mother of the Bride dress on 4-23-8, billed same day. Web site says normally shipped 4-6 weeks. Wedding date is 6-14-8. On April 23rd, received email saying will ship in 1-2 weeks. Still not here. Sometimes they email back, said it will be here in time for the wedding. Nothing specific anymore, "they are busy, it is prom and wedding season." I told them I could not wait any longer and take a chance I will not have a dress. On May 8th, I told them if my dress was not here by May 14th to cancel my order. No response.
