Constant Harrassment and outrageous fees

I financed a 2002 Toyoya Rav-4 in Feb. 2007. Prior to them giving me my vehicle they called me to work asking me WHY they should finance me. I thought that was a bit odd. Then in June my infant daughter became gravely ill and I fell behind on my payment. I have struggled financially and have be harrassed numerous times about my payment.

They call and leave rude messages on my voicemail, call and harrass me at work. I try returning their calls when I get home in the evening and no one answers the phone. My boss finally had to get tell them I could not receive any type oh phone calls at work unless it was a family emergency.

Last month I spoke to the supervisor of the Albuquerque office, LUIS and he yelled at me... YES YELLED at me on the phone. One cust. Svc rep had called and told me how much of a payment to send and then Luis called and told me double the amount and wanted it that same day or he would pick up the vehicle. When I told him not to yell at me he replied, " I didnt yell at you, I raised my voice at you." Since when are they allowed to do any of that to you???

They know of my financial situation and still are sarcastic and rude. During that one coversation with Luis he told me the coversation was over and he was going to hang up on me.

I am sick and tired of dealing with these Jerks. I too had insurance on the vehicle. It did expire and they put the so-called forced insurance on it and now my payment is double the amount!!! Regina as well has been rude.
I sent them close to $700. Last month and they are telling me it was only for April!!! I thought I was sending them 2 payments and was caught up but according to them Im not. Now I receive a final notice letter in the mail with one amount and 2 days later it states a whole different amount!!!

I don't even know if I really have insurance on the vehicle thru them or they just state I do...
