Stole My Money

I had a debt with a visa card from about 5 or more years ago I dont remember exactly. This company some how got that debt last year 2007 and contacted me. I arranged to make 100 dollar payments that were taken out of my bank account every month. On May 1 I find two $500 drafts taken from my account. I contacted my bank and they said it came from this company. I contacted the company and recorded the call and come to find out that the person that was "handling" my account made up false statments saying I authorized them to take out $500 payments. When i asked to speak to this person they said the person no longer worked there because he has done this before.

Now I am trying to get my money back and they are throwing up smoke screens of "accounting is having problems" and accounting says "management is having problems". I am tired of it, I just want my money back. I have changed my bank account number so they can no longer draft anything because I do not trust them. I really wanna nail these people for being so dishonest.
