Unauthorized charge $19.95, no one answers customer "hotline"! Las vegas

When I, innocently" ordered the "miracle " teas, "THEY" said I. Also, signed up for their "newsletter".. Which, I DID NOT!"THEY" quickly gave me a customer service number to call to "get it off my credit card!!! 1-866-396-5711... Call it... WAIT your "allotted " time & YES, a charming person answers & asks for your name!!!

You say your name & then,, she says, SO SWEETLY...
"SIR / OR MADAM"..."I cannot hear you, if you don't say your name within the next 20 seconds, I will have to disconnect this call & go on to help others"!

While you're screaming your name, she FIVE (5) times, I did this & the EXACT SAME thing happened! Different operators, but same spiel!

Needless to say, I have called my credit card company, who DID hear me, & will investigate!

These people should be "tarred & feathered"!

Thank you for letting me "vent"!
