Class Action Law Suit against Donny Z and Holly J for the Unlawful Business Practices of Theft of Wages by Deception. Were you or a family member deceived by a false advertisement of being in a Customer Service or Entry Level Manager position for 30k per year? I am a 40 year old woman with a great deal of Legal Experience regarding Unlawful Business Practices in the State of New Jersey. I was deceived into believing I would be a manager in 6-8 weeks if I successfully learned how to market a product... And I did. But what they did not tell me was that I would be violating solicitation laws. I worked very hard and put aside my life for what I thought would be an excellent opportunity to become my own boss. The deception is the contract you signed made you your own boss and Donny and Holly not responsible for anything that happens to you in the field. I worked for approximately 6 weeks with no pay and no end in sight for the opportunity promised. I was not even close at 6 weeks and never saw anyone actually open. I never got paid and never received a "paycheck". Its all cash - which means there is room to deceive even the IRS as well. This company violates Labor Laws and prays on the innocent and vulnerable - High school and college aged kids and hard working people that are desperate for a decent paying job. J.O. B Donny and Holly call a job "Just Over Broke" but when you work for them your considered "Just Our Bitch". This ad is deceitful and is not a break for you but actually meant to break you - physically and financially. The marketers use The Cancer Society and the Middlesex County College as fund raisers to get people to buy or give donations for these causes. This is not a typo - if its sounds too good to be true, it usually is. If we all unite, Officials have no choice to Investigate and shut them down.
