Misleads, scam, promise a lot gives nothing ripoff

A lot of people who report about sentura creations are people who know nothing about the company because they quit within the first week or so. Well, everything that I know is from nearly a year of working with the company so I can tell you most of the ins and outs of scentura creations aka Northeastern Management in Columbus, OH.

First off, most of what people say about the first week is true. You get the first interview thats really quick and to the point. No matter what office or state you're in it's the same shit. You come in to loud music playing (usually rap), you are typically thinking that your boss is the coolest boss in the world. Nine times out of ten they are between the ages of 18-32. Usually young, hip, and black. Who wouldn't want that.

The reason why it's like that is because that's the kind of audience they want to invite. Young, black, and hip. Think about it, how often do you see someone over the age of 30 in the "meeting room, "? They target young people because they are young and dumb (just like I was). They target black people because a lot of us don't have any other opportunity so why wouldn't we want to work where they don't care about how you dress, how much you cuss, if you have a felony, or anything else.

The second interview is the same. FUN! Fun! Fun! It's all a part of their brainwashing process. (Anyone reading this that is wondering if you got the job, you did!) Everyone is hireable. They want you to think that it is the coolest job in the world so that you won't focus on not getting paid. The sh* works! They are some f* genious's! Think about it, why else would they hold a two hour meeting every morning and spend have of the time playing games like musical chairs, dodge the rhino, and making stupid chants and songs. It's a distraction tactic.

You don't get paid in training. The only money you make in training is what you make out in the field (that's after you turn in your twenty dollars to the big man). The chances of someone buying a bottle over twenty dollars is slim. On a good day you can get one off for 25. You just made yourself five dollars. Woopty doo.

After "training" is over (if you make it that far), you may actually open up your office. That part is not a lie. But here's the catch to it. Everything is in your name and you have to come up with the money to move to an apartment pay all of the office bills and everything. So if you do not succeed, you close down and left with all of the debt.

They tell you while you are in training that you get promoted. You do. It's trainee to trainer, to assistant manger, to sr. Manager. That sh* ain't nothing but a name. You still selling perfume and cologne and you still broke as hell. As a matter of fact, you probably spend more money on the company then you receive from them by ponying up gas money, buying personal bottles so that you can hit your numbers, and trying to eat everyday and loaning other people money for food because you feel bad that they are just as broke as you and can't eat. The business will put your butt in debt. Trust me.

They will brush you off everytime you mention the word money or get paid. Everyone will pass you off to everyone else you will pass you off to someone else you is just going to bs you. You'll hear things like, "Well Wenesday we have our money meeting", "Talk to Mo", "talk to so and so", or "when you become an Assistant Manager well talk more about it", or "Just stay motivate and keep dropping dem bottles you'll see how it works out in the end." They draw you by bragging on Donny and Holly and Momma and Papa Schotts who are millonaires in the company. But think about it Momma and Papa schotts started the company of course they are rich, Donny was already rich, and I don't know much about Holly.
They will brainwash you by making you think tht "blowouts" are weak. They just end up working at McDonald's making 6.50 an hour flipping burgers. Well it's better than turning in money to a job for what I worked for. Imagine Mcdonalds making you pay them everytime you flipped a burger. Well that's what's happening everytime you sell a bottle of cologne and you turn the money into your boss and leave that office broke.

They brainwashed me, don't let them brainwash you.

When you get your first box of merch, they are going to have you sign a consent form. READ THE SH*!!! Don't just Sign. It states that you understand that you DO NOT GET PAID and that you are not promised to open up your own office and if you do open, you are not guaranteed to be successful. And training is as long as it takes you to sell however many bottles they want you to sell. Read it before you sign it.
