Plains Commerce Bank Total Visa Card
Rude customer service calls before payment even due!

First of all I received a bill for a payment due before the card was even used and it was less than 25 days. So I used the card which I had a $250 credit limit. But by the time they added all their charges I only had $50 credit left to use. They billed me for a $35 payment. I mailed the payment out before the due date. Well n the due date I received a very, very, very NASTY CALL from their collections dept. The man was so RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL it was crazy!!! I told him I mailed the payment several days before. He proceeded to tell me that the mailman having his payment was useless to him. I told him I am on Social Security Disability and that all I could do was wait for the payment to be received. He then proceeded to tell me "Would have, Should have, Could have" whatever that means. He then told me I needed to borrow the money from a friend or relative and give him a payment today or I would incur late charges in 3 days. I told him it was none of his business if I got late charges that I would pay them if I had to when the time came. I also told him that he could go borrow the money from his family and to shove the card where the sun don't shine I did not want it if this is what I was going to have to deal with every month. He continued to be RUDE so I hung up on him. I then called back and requested a supervisor who assured me that this behavior was not their policy and that the person would be reported and that they would wave my late fees for his behavior. Well we will see what happens. If this continues next month I will destroy the card pay what I owe and they can kiss my you know what. I have other cards I can use that have NOT used this kind of force or Rudeness with me at all. I did this to improve my credit not to be treated like a low life!!! Their collections Dept acts like spoiled rich kids who can't get their way and have a temper tantrum over the phone!!! In my opinion so far they are a NIGHTMARE IN REALITY!!!
