Ripoff on Pagers - RETURN POLICY SCAM - Thieves - Consumer fraud rip-off

I went to K&C Wireless on Novevember 13 and purchased a BlackStone FM Radio Pager. The pager worked for two (2) days. On the third day, the pager was not receiving pages anymore. The pager was not dropped or damaged by me. I am assuming it was a switchboard issue.

On November 21 I went to K&C Wireless to return the pager witht he original pager and original receipt. The manager at the time agreed to exchange the BlackStone FM Radio Pager with another pager. He told me, "Well, I suggest that you do not exchange the pager for that style because they are no good... The same thing may happen again."

I said, " Well, that is the style that I want. If you can not provide me with a brand or a style that I like with an FM Radio on it, then I would like a cash refund or a store credit." He told me, "we do not give store credit or cash refund."

Okay, there is no return policy posted anywhere in the store. If I had the original receipt and original pager within a reasonable time-frame, how come they can not refund my money or give me a store credit? Yes, they did exchange the pager for me, but as it turns out it is also not receiving pages. This happened on November 21. Within one day, it is not receiving pages.

Yes, the manager told me that it would proabbly happen, but he did not mention this problem to me when he sold me the merchandise. So as a result, what he really wanted to do was to rip me off even more by making me buy a different style for more money instead of just giving me my money back or a store credit. I paid $35.00 (thirty-five dollars) for this pager and I want my money back.

I will not keep on going back to that store and exchanging broken pagers for broken pagers. How many times do I have to keep on going throught this hassell?
