Found them online. Best price I had seen on a GPS unit that I wanted. Ordered it and received an email asking me to call and confirm the order. When I did this, the high pressure started.

I was told I "had to have" an extra memory card. That their four year extended warranty was the best deal. I kept telling him, 'No, just send the GPS".

I kept getting put on hold for short periods while he answered other calls and finally he gave up on me and said it would be shipped immediatly.

Two days later I received an email that the item was out of stock and was on back order and that "IF" they got any, they would contact me.

I found out since then that all they are doing is selling low quality accessories to go with the products they DON"T have anyway.

I'm getting even by calling their toll free number for 30 minutes every night just at closing time when they are the busiest.
