Sending me a letter saying i won alot of money but i need to swnd them 19.99 for peocessing fees to recieve the money

I keep getting these letters from this place saying i won cash but i have to send 19.99 to them to get the cash. It is very nerve racking when you are struggling to live with the gas so high and all. Im upset that someone would try and get 19.99 from poor people it is so crazy im a nervous wreck
