National Awards Advisory Center received letter gram and found it to be a scam

I received a letter-gram in the mail and was excited to see that I was a confirmed winner of $1,900, 000.00 until I seen that I had to send NAAC $19.99 for a report fee. I have never had to send money into a company to get money back. I did a check online to see if this company (National Awards Advisory Service) was a true company with good standing. I found that this was a scam and have decided not to complete the form in any way, even though this money would assist me greatly.
