Ripped off with no response

I Listed my Vacation Club with this company in January 08. Made arrangements to pay balance of fees once I had a solid offer. Of couse someone inquired bogusly about the property so the balance was paid. Since then I have been unable to reach anyone to inquire about listing. I did of course speak with a Tim Harrison @ ext. 420 who informed me that my previous rep was promoted so my property was not advertised appropriately. He was suppose to call me back in April and received no response.
