Con Man, Stalker This man will con you and then stalk you. He recently lied about moving to AK or AL, but is in Islamorada or headed that way

This man has caused financial losses of at least $30,000 to people in Colorado, and those are only the thefts that could be detailed. He'll tell you he is a dependable houise sitter, and the first time, nothing will be gone, but many things will be "rearranged". He'll gain your confidence, but he has made an extra key to your house, and he has all your belongings catalogued... With some things "relocated" to cause confusion and possibly cover the thefts that are coming.

He is a felony stalker, wanted in Monroe County, FL for jumping probation (on felony assault charges). He has been charged with "fraudulent activities" and has an extensive record in Florida, Georgia, and Michigan.

He is a 6 foot. Tall, thin guy with a shock of white har and a white beard. He prides himself on his "disguises", but he really isn't that good at it. He IS a good con man - he uses "divide and conquer"... Will engage your friends and use gossip to turn them against you.

When you are isolated, he'll strike - theft, stalking, and he records EVERY PHONE CONVERSATION, which he edits later to convince the cops that he is the victim.

WATCH OUT... If you meet him, you will suddenly find yourself in the middle of a deadly shell game... He has no remorse.
