This man was hired as a full time book keeper/controller. He became the company accountant and handled corporate payroll for Ambassador Auto Sales in Naples, Florida.

In the first year he managed to over pay himself through his 401k with double payments totaling 25k. He also made fraud charges on Corporate Amex totaling 20k. The worst was he drained the company by making ACH debits from the company account into his personal accounts totaling $400,000.

The owner has been forced to make lay offs and is now struggling to keep the business alive. This guy claims to be an accountant and book keeper but he is a professional CON MAN! He is currently being investigated by the Collier County Sheriff's department for Fraud use of credit card, Bank Fraud, Check fraud, Embezzlement, wire fraud, and grand larceny.

Do not let him do your taxes. He claims that he knows what he's doing, but has caused serious issues for his clients. Beware of Bill Cleary and know that he is a criminal and will be going to jail very soon.
