Looking for affordable housing but, got robbed Chicago

I was trying to apply for Chicago Housing Authority when this website came up. After asking for my credit card number and security code the website stated that the applications are available in the library.

I was taken for $8.00 and I would want it back and I am afraid they could empty out.

Beware always this is a terrible thing to happen to anyone and I hope these people trying to make a dollar get caught and go to jail. Why do people do this to nice innocent people instead of getting a job.
