Sent me an email stating that if i completed the survey that would send me a compute

I was sent an email stating that if I completed the survey and signed up for 2 offers they would send me a dell computer free including free shipping. I did exactly as they instruced and signed up for 4 offers instead of 2. It said when I had completed the 2 offers I would receive a confirmation email giving shipping details for the free computer I would be recieving. However after you sign up for these offers nothing happens that will confirm you have done so and you have to just log off the site with nothing. I was skeptical about the offer but I am mad that they can send all these emails with lies and deciet in them. This should be against the law. If they say they will do something if you do something they should have to honor that.
