LetsTalk.com Altell
Company advertised deceptive ad, free phone and activation, included all fees $149 billed $600, plus monthly fee and charges for phone and additional line for $25

Miscellaneous

I was deceived by an internet ad that offered low monthly fees, no fees for phone or activation or extra hidden fees, two phone due to adding a line for a friend for $25.informed bill would total $149 when I received my statement it indicated $600 charge plus other fees and charges.

I had overdraft fees on my bank account which put me in the red due to unexpected charges and fees. This was clearly false advertisement.

In addition, I am only 16 years of age and I was sold a contract without parental consent. The company failed to confirm, that I was of age, I live with my grand-mother and she read the fine print and is attempting to assist me in gaining a full refund. However, my friend lost his phone and have been unable to retrieve it.

I went into the hospital the following day with rapid heart beats and was monitored overnight until the heart became regulated.

My grand-mother's returning the phone by certified mail tomorrow because she has been unable to get anywhere after 6 calls and 6 different people. Phone mailed to GA address. Funds are continually be drafted from my bank account.
