Unauthorized charge to my credit card

I just checked my credit card statement and I have 2 charges from this company for $1.00 and for $36.42. I dont know who they are or what they do besides rip people off. The $1.00 is for one day the the $36.42 two days later. I have tried calling them and their phone is "off the hook". When I went to their website it gives me an option to "cancel subscription". When I click on it, it give me an error. All very convinient!!! Their website says "We provide billing, and member area assistance. We are available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week!" The only thing they are available for is to rip you off. I dont know how they got my credit card info but this is ridiculous.
