Deceptive / unethical employment practices

My girl was pulled in by this scam from the Kirby vacuum company for about 4 days when we looked them up here, after the story they gave her kept changing over the course of the week. She was led through the following:

1: there was an hourly rate of $15.00 per hour.
2: the hourly rate was then changed to 10.00 per hour.
3: training was to be paid for.
4: at the end of training (2days) they were informed that training was not paid for.
5: there was to be a flat rate of $475.00.
6: the flat rate was then told to be under the condition that 15 vacuums were sold.
7: they were taken in a van to sell vacuums door to door for 12-16 hours a day.
8: they were given no breaks to eat and were told to use the customers bathroom when in there homes. They were told that the days did not run this long regularly.
9: they were also told that the first weeks pay would not be with held.

After about 4 days she decided that the job was not for her as they seemed very deceptive. When she went to collect her pay for the time she worked she was told that her pay could be picked up the following Saturday, so much for not holding a weeks pay! Liars to the very end!
