Megson Delivery, Inc
Issued me a check for services which BOUNCED

My husband, Leal, worked for Megson Delivery, Inc. Of Calvert City, KY delivering phone books in the Jacksonville beaches area. I received check # 10636 in the amount of $147.84. The check was deposited into my account and several days later was returned due to non-payment.

We have tried contacting them for months now and no one will respond. He was promised a replacement check in the amount above plus $35.00 for the charge from the Bank for the returned item.

I've left yet another voicemail last night and have sent an email to all three email addresses listed on their website today. I have also sent an email to the Florida Department of Labor today. I also attempted to call their various phone numbers on their website today but all you get is the same recorded message no matter which one you call.

While this isn't a vast amount of money, it's the prinicipal that he did the work and deserves to be paid.
