This company charged my debit account, without my autorization, $14.95

This company charged me $14.95 without my autorization to my debit card, I don't know how they got my debit card number, I call the 800 number located in my bank statement and notified my bank, hopefully this gets resolved without complications, I did not even know or heard the name of this company, this is very bad, I don;t understand how can they do this so easily.
My bank said that they will reverse the charge.
