I purchased a diamond engagement ring from Oxford Diamond Co. On January 3. I received the ring and looked at it, and all seemed fine. I then put it away for the day I asked my fiancee' to marry me (February 1). The following day, she was studying the ring, and noticed black pieces in the center diamond. I have since then had to purchase a new ring (on credit) for her because this one would be embarassing for her to wear. I have wrote numerous e-mails to Oxford Diamond Co. And they have not at all responded. I guess the next step would be legal action???
