I have had many problems regarding maintenance and repairs as well as being lied to by property managers. Among the problems are having mold in my restroom ceilng and walls which was not removed in a timely manner putting my health at risk.

Cars being stolen and or vandalized because of poor security. Gates seem to be broken more often than not and poor lighting. Night security lights are out throughout the complex on many buildings.

Problems with sewage overflow. Sewage pipes often overflow spilling feces and toilet water around the buildings. This spills are not cleaned up and are left there to fester potential health hazards not to mention very foul odors.

These are just a few of the many problems at the Berkshire.
