Stole money out of my security deposit, staff are complete morons!

Hopefully you will not rent one of these condos and have to deal with the entire clueless staff... Living there was unpleasant enough due to the hands off approach of the staff, but trying to recoup money illegally taken out of your security deposit to cover a bill i "allegedly" did not pay is like trying to move heaven and earth... I actually sent in canceled copies of all checks paid to river oaks while living there to the accounting clerk and she still hasnt refunded money that River Oaks snatched out of my security deposit.instead she sent the exact same paperwork accusing me of not paying the bill. Meanwhile, i told her to save a tree and not send redundant paperwork... I guess that concept is over her head too... She couldnt get the simple concept of cross referencing canceled checks with a ledger... She sounded like a shrill fish wife trying to convince me i didnt pay the bill when she had signed canceled checks proving i had paid the bill. I know at this point she cannot admit she has sub par accounting abilities and cant admit she was wrong... Suck it up and give me back my money!
