SCAM - Replica / counterfeit / fake diplomas are NOT as described on website. Junk

I was recently looking for a replica or fake diploma online and came across this site (Next Day Diplomas a.K.A. NextDayDiplomas.com).

The website is very professional looking, so I decided to order after asking a handful of questions. My main concern was that I wanted a good, somewhat authentic looking, replica diploma to hang on the wall of my office - NOT something that looks blatantly fake... Which is exactly what I got.

After many assurances that their products are "the most realistic available", I paid and my order showed up a few days later (in a package that was basically mangled no mind you).

The fake diploma I received, I could have made myself on my inkjet printer at home with using Adobe Photoshop Elements and very little photo editing experience. There seal is simply PRINTED onto the paper and its NOT EVEN the correct seal. I have seen the REAL diploma and the real seal. This seal that came on mine is NOT embossed and is some seal that I have never seen before. I think it is supposed to resemble the state seal where the college is...

To make matters even worse, Next Day Diplomas has flat out REFUSED to give my money back, even though I offered to send the diploma back to them. I have also asked for them to make the necessary corrections which they have also REFUSED to do. They responded to one of my complaints AFTER I got the diploma I ordered from them to tell me that they CAN NOT actually produce realistic looking replica diplomas (WHICH IS COMPLETELY THE OPPOSITE of what they were telling me BEFORE I ordered) because it is against the law and against PayPal Policy. They have since ignored all my following emails.

Now I have been arguing with PayPal about a refund for the past week and its proving to be just about impossible to get a refund so far.

Fair warning to all other consumers: do not purchase anything from nextdaydiplomas.com.

I have read other reports of this happening to other people online. I am not the only one. NextDayDiplomas.com IS A RIP-OFF. You have been warned.
