If you find that your sales rep is not CLEARLY answering your questions - it may be a lie! Unless it is in writing! GET IT IN WRITING.

If they WILL NOT put it in writing - buy a home somewhere else. If they say that "you can trust them" and that they will send it to you later... There is no "later". Get it in writing while you are standing in front of them. If you dont, it never happened.
