Why OnStar Don't cover 2000 model vehicles anymore?

Why place a tool in an automobile, and comprehending that it's not going to protect the vehicle within the next future decades? I've an 2000 Cadillac Escalade n / the OnStar button within it, but it can not be employed whatsoever. I named a Cadillac Dealer and have so what can I actually do to update or possibly get my Onstar in my own Cadillac operating again? This individual responded to me stating, OnStar does not provide providers to versions that aged at-all! I believe they (OnStar) must re consider on supplying the older versions n/OnStar Providers again! Its simply not reasonable towards the remainder people t / older-model automobiles, that will like to have OnStar, but can't-get the providers! It just pertains to younger versions today! Well, simply want to allow (OnStar) understand, Its inappropriate and unjust. Never must have set anything in an automobile, and comprehending that it'dnot last forever!
