I ordered a product and paid S&H only (4.95). The next month my credit card was charged twice thereafter

The Green Tea Capsules were supposed to be free, just pay shipping and handling (4.95). My credit card was then charged $38.95 on 3/4/08 (no package even received) and then again on 3/19/08 for $44.90. When I received the 3/19 shipment, I called immediately and asked for a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number (IC032608). I had not yet received my credit card bill. Since I did and I saw the extra charge, I decided to write them but as soon as I put their email address in to get to the web site, I was directed to your site.
