First this company will pay you 60% below the industry average. Then they will require that you work under Chris Lorentz for "training". This "training" consists of you completing his work orders and his taking 20% out of the 40% remaining that you are trying to make.
If you have any disagreements with this "trainer" he will then call you at all hours of the night, yelling and cursing, and demanding that you complete work that even he cannot complete. When confronted with this behavior by the owner, Dennis Talbot, Chris lies and tries to make it look like it was all the person on the phone and not him.
This company will send you into mold and asbestos and EXPECT you to complete work that threatens your health. If you refuse you will be effectively fired. They will counsel you on how to lie to avoid codes and city ordinances with regards to disposal of debris. This man carries a concealed, loaded firearm in his vehicle and had a DUI. He will get drunk and brag about how he is the golden child of the company. And this has become clear through his slimy behavior and Dennis backing him. (He will lie about conversations to make you look bad, try to shove work on you that you are not financially able to handle)
Chris expected us to work around the clock, literally. We would get screamed at for trying to get even an hours sleep because he was having us do so much work that he was unable to handle. He mistrains you on paperwork so that you get yelled at by the office staff when you transfer over, if he deems you worthy.
This company is only after the dollar, off the back of contractors that are wanting work. They will promise you the moon and stars and deliver you a steaming pile of dung.
