Repeated call offering outrageous credit limits when I am on state and national no call lists

This company has called us more than once saying we are pre approved for enormous credit line. If you stay on long enough, they ask for you bank information. If you press 9 as they tell you to be removed from their calling list, another recording starts that tries to talk you out of removing name byt telling you everything you'll be missing.

Apparently it doesnt matter if you press 9 as they just call back anyway.
