Said one time payment of $29. At no additional charge i will get 3 years of unlimited searches i paid it using my credit card i try to do a search they said it would cost another $10 they already had my $29

It said one time payment of $29. AT no additional charge i will get 3 years of unlimited searches. The first thing after i paid it (using my credit card) i try to do a search they said it would cost another $10 i didn't know what to do a this point they already had my $29 dollars and i needed the information so i gave them 10 more dollars. (i found no useful information) after reading rip off report web page. I check with my credit card company and found out Now they charge me $29.95 more on my cc. They are very underhand and need to be stopped
