Unsatisfactory product and service - 22" HD LCD TV

After purchasing T.V. Discovered picture is only adequate from a straight on position. Cannot view properly from any other angle. T.V. Is located in a bedroom of normal size and the volume is terribly inadequate. At times on 100% can finally hear. (We have no hearing issues) While under warranty have called in and first tech said they would send someone out. A week later they called back to say, sorry, no can do. Suggested I email pictures of T.V. And they'd decide if it
were fixable. Also said these T.V.'s only have 3 watts of sound so there was nothing they could do for that issue. A TV with no sound and a poor picture is certainly worthless. They will not accept pictures of the TV unless the Vizio name is showing. Right... I guess I'll have to paint over their lettering to get it to standout enough to prove to them this is their TV. At every turn they are making it impossible to get service or return a defective product.
