The Incredible Exploding Television

Bought a vizio P50 HDM 18 months ago from costco. Was watching TV the other night and I thought I was in the middle of a drive-by shooting. Two loud consecutive pops followed by a spark and a buring smell and the picture goes dead. Still have sound though. I called customer service and they didn't do anything. I currently own three Vizios and I'm returning all of them this week. I've never even heard of a television practically exploding. No I didn't have an extended warranty.

However, when I bought the thing they claimed it had 90,000 hours of viewing life. Oh yeah, I should've known when I had to return the first one within one week of owning it because the picture went out with a whimper, this one went out with a bang. Do not buy a vizio!!!
