MWI Galleria USA
Fraudulent ripoff business

Miscellaneous

I received my credit card statement yesterday and it had a charge of $149.95 that I had not authorized. I don't even know how they got my credit card number.

I called the number of the company on my statement and talked to Mouhamadou ID# 9499 who said they had called my house and my son answered the phone and had agreed to whatever it was they were selling, which I have yet to find out. They already had my credit card number and did not get that from my son. I told him my son is not authorized to use my credit card and did not know what he was agreeing to.

Mouhamadou offered to send me out another packet and membership card that I had paid for and I told him I did not want it and wanted it canceled. He said I will see a credit on my statement over the next two months.

Since I came across this website and don't believe I will get a refund, I filed a dispute with my credit card company today. I'll see what happens with getting a refund. I also canceled my credit card to be sure this did not happen again. I would like to know how they got my credit card number in the first place.
