I purchased a couch table from Ashley Furniture (Skamers) also it was fixed all around the back. I introduced it directly into get traded plus they explained they would not trade it becouse used to donot document a within 3 times. Not everywhere about the paperwork i received claims that I'd 3 times to declare any harm! There's suppose to be always a twelve months guarantee about the item. The supervisor (King Skamer) in the factory stated that the stick about the furniture isn't included in guarantee and charged me for that problems. I named corporate plus they did absolutley nothing! I spoke using the store-manager and he explained I will get my money-back but having a 30% restocking charge. I've to pay for A - 30% restocking charge to get a broken furniture piece! R u kidding me! Who'll they sell it to! I've documented them towards the BBB of course if u have experienced any issues with them I'd recommend you need to do exactly the same. These men shouldn't escape with tearing people off.
