Someone named john owen responded to an ad I have on Craig's List. He immediately wanted to buy it and said the price was acceptable. I sent him pictures. As soon as I clicked send while forwarding the pictures, I got another email from him saying he liked it and I would be getting a cashier's check from him.

I've been approached before on this same sort of thing
