Is a big rip off

Before agreeing to any terms with this company, I asked the agent if it is possible to cancel anytime. I was told yes and she gave me a few numbers to call if I decide to cancel. When I call those number I get the operator or a message saying that all circuits are busy. I was told that it was only one payment of $58.24, so I gave it a try.

Next thing I know I get another phone call saying that my next payment of $58.24 is due. I did not want to pay for it and asked if I could cancel the account. The agent on the phone said that is not possible because it is in my contract that she said i got in the mail. I did not receive anything in the mail from them what so ever. I am very frustrated with this company and dont want to pay. They gave me false information in the beginning and I am fed up.

This company and companies alike should be ashamed of themselves, taking money from just about anyone.
