Charged me when they should not have. I want my money back!

I ordered this home money profit c. D and told I would be charged 1.98 for shipping and handling. Today (3-25-08) $39.95 was taken off my credit card WITHOUT my permission. I want this put back on my credit card. This was done totally without my permission! I did not authorize them to take it off, and has made me have to pay the bank an overdraft charge of $34.00.
