Made unauthorized additional charge on my credit card

I ordered Google Money Profit through Raven Media. They offered a free cd for the cost of shipping, which was $1.95. One week later I saw that they charged my bank account $39.95 - and you can't call them to tell them to take it off. I never agreed to this charge and saw nor reason for it in any "fine print". Now I have to do a lot of work with the bank and go through the hassle of getting a new card just to get the charges taken off. I am angry at thier underhandedness and would like them punished for misrepresentation of thier product! I will gladly send the cd back.
