Credit one took me for 968.00.6 months payment loan put in esrow

On Feb 27, I applied for a loan on the web site creonecom.com.

I recieved an approval 3 days later by email. The email told me to call Diana Thomas. I did this, She told me there was three ways to secure the loan. 1 was by property. 2 was an insurance policy for 800.00 or 3rd was the first 6 months payments in a esrow account and I would not make a payment for 6 months. I chose this one. Diana Thomas told me to moneygram the money to a lawyer David Stewart esq.in neew york, when this was completed she gave me a confirmation number of 48376 and told me the money would be in my account on Monday, And that I would be rembusrt for the money gram which was 57.00. On Monday no money in my account, I called Diana, she said she could not understand what happen and she would call me back. Well no call, so my husband started calling as well as my daughters. My daughter finally got an answer and Diana told her there were un paid fees on this account of 405.00. I call back and I told her no way was I paying any fees that I was not aware. I told her that if I knew about this I would not have given the other money and went else where. I then recieved an email that stated:
I apologize for the delay, Currently your loan representative Ms. Diana Prescott had an unexpected emergancy. She won't be back until Monday, March 17. I am reponsible for your file in her absence.in reviewing the notes within our system, it has been brought to my attention that a hold has been placed on your file due to unpaid accumlated fees. The system will not allow us to authorize the release of your loan or reimburstement until all fees are paid. Please place your respond to my attention as the matter is of time sensitive nature. Needless to say countlee phone calls No answer, No money. I called money gram only to find out money was pick up in Georgia, Thats all they would tell me without a supenoa. How can they have a right ro steal from me and I cant get The info From moneygram as to who picked it up and what ID they used!
