Gig Van Deckter is as full of it as the name sounds. She blatantly lied to me about a property in Park Slope brooklyn that I called my "dream apartment" she called the listing broker who siad she would not do a shared commsion.instead of being forth right about that when she already sttod to gain on my listing on madision avenue she went so far as to fabricate a whole story of how the property was in contract and that it was not an option. I called the broker weeks later only to find out that Gigi lied about every single detail of the property for a measly couple grand.
