Skyrise Development Group, LLC - Bay Towers Condominium Ripping off Real Estate Investors with shoddy work, breaking promises, broken down property, black mold, backed up sewers

In my opinion, Skyrise has ripped off more than one hundred small investors with their Bay Towers "vapor luxury condos" in Titusville Florida. My observations there include but are not limited to: Broken contractual promises; "New" condos with 40 year old roll out windows (broken and don't work) as well as 40 year old Air Conditioners - many without any compressors or fans inside.

I have observed construction workers taking appliances, cabinet doors and other property from "finished" construction to repair or "finish" other condos. I have observed black mold, observed electrical equipment fires, broken and stalled elevators, had to smell raw sewerage which was dumped into the basement because the sewers are ancient and clogged up, missing fire doors (a life safety issue); vandalism, vagrancy, drug dealers, and the list goes on.

This developer simply tells people that they have a first class conversion condo, but it is in my opinion this is a joke — many if not all Realtors in the city of Titusville (where the development is) will tell you "stay away" from Bay Towers. The place has, in my opinion, the reputation of a dump and the developer seems not to care. They cannot sell to people who see the place, so they use out of state "power brokers" to help them rip off small people with their shell game. Look at the website - it promises beauty. Visit the site - on the surface it is beautiful. Stay a week and talk to tennants. You will find almost unanamous dissatisfaction. You will also see the results of poor and improper construction and equally shoddy repairs.
